We offer direct sales and customer care services for our clients from telecommunication, finance, IT, power industry, pharmacy, catering and real estate. All of these services are implemented based on individual needs and sales strategy of our clients.

Telemarketing and Telesales

Based on our customer needs and requirements, we build and train a team/teams of operators loyal and reliable to meet their sales and care objectives.

We manage several sales teams of sales representatives. This is a complex service that includes all related activities starting from recruitment and training, up to a standard management focusing on sales and other derived objectives.

We successfully build and manage various types of „bricks-and-mortar“ shops such as common shops, customer centres or gastro stalls.

Sales without marketing are very vulnerable. If requested by our customer, we help with marketing activities and management.

It was not long ago when Vodafone's best sales representatives for the Czech Republic met up in Konětická Hora in a beautiful Golf and Spa Resort. Opening of Vodafone store in Opava

We have opened a new Vodafone store  in Breda&Weinstein shopping center in Opava.  We tried to listen to our customer's demands which included extended opening hours and easier parking in the city center. It must be said that the reconstruction of the shop was rather hard work nevertheless it was worth it. We are very happy to announce that there are already seven Vodafone stores - two in Opava and one in Ostrava, Havířov, Třinec, Karviná and Nový Jičín.
