The first quarter of 2026 brought a series of outstanding achievements across all our EFSETE verticals. Colleagues who made it into the EFSETE HERO award nominations were those whose results, approach, and commitment significantly contributed to the success of their teams, partners, and the company as a whole.
Selecting the finalists was not easy. Among the nominees were both long-standing top performers and newcomers who managed to stand out thanks to exceptional results already within the first months of their tenure.

Over nearly four years at EFSETE, Nikol has built one of the strongest teams in the entire company. Her team consistently ranks among the top performers, and in Q1 2026 it once again achieved above-standard results. Nikol is an example of modern leadership based on trust, team support, and the ability to continuously motivate colleagues toward exceptional performance.

Real Estate Agent – RE/MAX Centrum
Lucie has been part of EFSETE for just over a year, yet she has already become one of the top-performing members of her team. In the first quarter, she achieved the best result with 909,000 CZK in closed reservations. She stands out for her professional approach to clients, her ability to successfully lead real estate auctions, and her consistent focus on closing deals successfully. At the same time, she continuously works on herself and develops both her professional and marketing skills.

FRUITISIMO Scoop Ice Cream Masters

We tried to listen to our customer's demands which included extended opening hours and easier parking in the city center. During Spring 216 we were going on effectuation of brand new design of our VODAFONE stores. After finishing stores in Havířov we proceeded to refurbish branches in Karviná and Třinec. The refurbishments meet requirements of the latest trends both in style and added comfort of customer service in mobile and data communication.
