EFSETE Heroes 4Q 2019
The last quarter of the year has its Heroes of 2019. Those, who by means of their outstanding performances contributed to meeting goals of our business partners in the fourth quarter of 2019, are:
October´s title EFSETE Hero was given to Jiří Sýkora who as a Real Estate Specialist is a part of RSČS department. Within October he completed successfully three real estate transactions, one of which dealt with a whole block of flats. He himself fulfilled 80% of both of our subsidiaries. Moreover, it should be noted that Jirka donated his reward in full to charitable purposes of our project EFSETE Helps.
The following month we bestowed the November´s title of EFSETE Hero on Lukáš Kopčík who works as a Telesales Specialist within our UPC project. Having done his best, in November Lukáš accomplished 67 new active sales, which is a new record within the UPC project.
And last but not least, the twelfth title of EFSETE HERO 2019 was passed on Lukáš Gloger, the head of our Vodafone outlets in Opava and Karviná. In December, not only did he manage to exceed 100% of his personal goals but also the targets of the outlets, of which he is responsible for.

We had quite a busy summer and we were definitely not bored. Vodafone traditionally organizes a football tournament and this year we received an invitation.

FRUITISIMO Scoop Ice Cream Masters
Summer's here, and that means one thing and one thing only: It's ice cream season! Opening of Vodafone store in Opava
We have opened a new Vodafone store in Breda&Weinstein shopping center in Opava. We tried to listen to our customer's demands which included extended opening hours and easier parking in the city center. It must be said that the reconstruction of the shop was rather hard work nevertheless it was worth it. During Spring 216 we were going on effectuation of brand new design of our VODAFONE stores. After finishing stores in Havířov we proceeded to refurbish branches in Karviná and Třinec. The refurbishments meet requirements of the latest trends both in style and added comfort of customer service in mobile and data communication.
