The EFSETE New Year’s Party, known as Red Party, was not only a social event, but above all an important moment for our entire team. It gave us the opportunity to welcome the new year together, reflect on the past one, and recognize the people who create real value for EFSETE every day.
From the very first moments, the atmosphere was warm, professional and friendly. The evening was opened by the company’s management, who summarized the results of the past year, thanked all colleagues for their commitment, and outlined the direction EFSETE will take in the period ahead.
The highlight of the program was the ceremonial announcement of the EFSETE HEROES for the 4th quarter and for the entire year – colleagues who stood out not only for their performance, but also for their attitude to work, cooperation, and overall contribution to the team and our partners. The HEROES awards symbolize how much we value professionalism, responsibility and a human approach at EFSETE.
An important part of the evening was also the recognition of work anniversaries. We celebrated colleagues who have been part of EFSETE for 5, 10 and 15 years. Their long-term commitment, experience and daily dedication form a strong foundation on which EFSETE continues to grow and succeed. This moment of appreciation was one of the most meaningful highlights of the evening.
The evening also included a social and networking part that encouraged informal meetings across teams and projects. The tombola draw brought moments of joy and relaxed the atmosphere, which naturally turned into a lively celebration of our team spirit.
The night culminated in a symbolic moment – a group dance to the viral track “Last Call for Love”, which brought everyone together on the dance floor. It was a clear reminder that EFSETE is not only about performance, but also about relationships, trust and strong teamwork.
The Red Party was our way of saying thank you to everyone who contributes every day to the success of our partners and to the growth of EFSETE as a strong and respected outsourcing brand.

We tried to listen to our customer's demands which included extended opening hours and easier parking in the city center. During Spring 216 we were going on effectuation of brand new design of our VODAFONE stores. After finishing stores in Havířov we proceeded to refurbish branches in Karviná and Třinec. The refurbishments meet requirements of the latest trends both in style and added comfort of customer service in mobile and data communication.
